My name is Rae, and if you're anything like me, you have only recently learned of "pet loss grief coaching". Maybe you just now heard of it for the first time! I wish I had known of it 3 years ago when my 'canine soul mate' died. I fell into the depths of grief unlike anything I had ever felt, and I basically just floundered around trying to survive one hour to the next. This went on for weeks .... months ... and yes, years. How I wish I had known of grief coaching!!
I do not want anyone to feel as lost as I felt. I will help you navigate the often misunderstood path of grief after the loss of your pet. I provide a loving, empathetic, non-judgmental environment. I help to provide coping tools useful in getting through the sorrow until you are able to look back on your time with your pet with smiles and love.

I am not a therapist. Rather than therapy, which will get to the deep rooted issues of your past, I am here to coach you as you work to achieve your goal of once again living in peace after the loss of your furry family member. I will help you learn coping strategies when the grief is too much to handle at the moment. I will help you create a personal goodbye ceremony or assist in forming new daily rituals that will allow you to bring positivity into your life, progressively healing your mind and heart.
